Congressman Norman Disappointed in Senate Healthcare Vote

Washington, D.C. – Congressman Ralph Norman (SC-05) released the following statement after the Senate’s failure to repeal major portions of Obamacare:

"Obamacare is spiraling out of control and it is simply not sustainable. For seven years, Republicans in the House and Senate have promised Americans to repeal and replace Obamacare. With President Trump’s encouragement and a Republican controlled Congress, the House followed through on that promise by passing a bill that did just that. I am extremely disappointed in the Senate’s failure to come together and deliver on the promises we made. We cannot give up on fixing this nation’s broken healthcare system. My colleagues and I will continue to fight until we get this job done."
