Congressman Ralph Norman is honored to serve as a Flag Attendant, which gives him the opportunity to pay tribute to your memories, milestones, and loved ones with a commemorative flag flown over the U.S. Capitol.
The last day to order flags through the Office of Congressman Ralph Norman is October 16, 2026, and the last day to request a flag be flown is October 23, 2026.
To request a flag, please call Congressman Norman’s Washington, D.C. office at (202) 225-5501. Our staff will assist you with placing your order and help ensure your request is fulfilled exactly as you wish.
If you have a specific date in mind for the flag to be flown or received, or if your request is time-sensitive, please let our staff know when you call. We will do our best to accommodate your requested timetable.
Flags are available in different sizes and fabrics. All flag purchases include a dedication message, which may be customized for the recipient. You may also request to have your flag flown over the U.S. Capitol for an additional charge. Flags flown over the Capitol include a certificate that may be personalized for a particular person, event, or organization.

Care of the Flag
Most outdoor flags can be washed in mild detergent and thoroughly rinsed. Indoor and parade flags should be dry-cleaned. Damaged flags can be repaired and used as long as the overall dimensions are not noticeably altered. American Legion Posts and local governments often have facilities to dispose of unserviceable flags. Store your flag in a clean, well ventilated area.
