Flag Order Form
Congressman Ralph Norman is honored to serve as a Flag Attendant, which gives him the opportunity to pay tribute to your memories, milestones, and loved ones with a commemorative flag flown over the U.S. Capitol.
The last day to order flags through the office of Congressman Ralph Norman is November 15, 2026, and the last day to request a flag be flown is December 1, 2026.
While it is possible to order your flag online, we strongly encourage you to contact Rep. Norman's D.C. office at (202) 225-5501 before placing your order to help ensure your request is fulfilled exactly as you wish. If you have a specific date in mind for flag receipt, or if this is an urgent order, please let us know that as well. We will do our best to make sure the flag reaches you according to your timetable.
Flags are available in different sizes and fabrics. All flag purchases include a dedication message, which may be customized for the recipient. You may choose to have your new flag flown over the U.S. Capitol for an additional charge. Flags flown over the Capitol include a certificate, which may be personalized for a particular person, event, or organization.

Care of the Flag
Most outdoor flags can be washed in mild detergent and thoroughly rinsed. Indoor and parade flags should be dry-cleaned. Damaged flags can be repaired and used as long as the overall dimensions are not noticeably altered. American Legion Posts and local governments often have facilities to dispose of unserviceable flags. Store your flag in a clean, well ventilated area.
