On Monday, Rep. Ralph Norman (R-SC) issued the following statement after being appointed to serve on the House Rules Committee:
"It’s an honor to join an incredible group of Republican members on the House Rules Committee. I appreciate Chairman Cole’s leadership and his efforts to restore fair debate and regular order to the House.
