Hurricane Helene update Sunday afternoon:

- Record flooding, road closures, storm debris

- Restored power to 277,000 customers in SC

- 540,000 remain without power

- Mostly isolated in Upstate region

- Outside upstate, majority should have power restored by end of tonight

- For upstate, majority should have power restored by Friday evening.
