I’m proud to stand alongside my friend Chip Roy in urging House Leadership to reinstate key HSA provisions from the House-passed One Big, Beautiful Bill.

These reforms empower hardworking Americans by:

•  Allowing seniors with only Medicare Part A to contribute to HSAs
• Permitting tax-free HSA use for direct primary care arrangements
• Making Bronze and Catastrophic ACA plans HSA-qualified
• Covering fitness expenses and preventive services at employer clinics
• Increasing contribution limits for low- and middle-income Americans

Washington should be removing barriers to affordable care, not adding more red tape.
