The recruitment and announcement of Octapharma’s $1.5 billion investment and 1,500+ jobs coming to Rock Hill is good for the city, York County, and the state of South Carolina. I encourage York County Council and the City of Rock Hill to come together and reach a fair, equitable deal that benefits all constituents. Elected officials are required to lead and work together for the betterment of their community, and I look forward to both sides coming together to get this agreement across the finish line.
