In case you missed my post over the weekend, I’m sponsoring a bill in the House to allow states to opt out of daylight saving time.

I was pleasantly surprised to see a similar bill over on the Senate pass earlier today by unanimous consent, essentially meaning it had no opposition.

Hopefully leadership in the House will allow a vote on my bill, or at least similar legislation. We’re so divided on the major issues, but this should not be controversial at all.
