The President is signing a new Executive Order today on “environmental justice.” I want you to see two revealing quotes from the White House:

(1) “Racism is a fundamental driver of environmental injustice,” and therefore, (2) “the pursuit of environmental justice is a duty of all executive branch agencies and should be incorporated into their missions.”

I’m not making this up. These quotes were pulled directly from the White House press release. But what does that mean?

Well, it means bigger government, more bureaucrats, more regulations, more spending, and more inefficiency. All because this President believes we are a racist nation, and that racism has inflicted environmental damage upon certain communities, and therefore it must be a mission of every agency to address this perceived injustice. There’s no other way to interpret this.

Friends, the military’s role is not environmental justice! The job of the IRS is not to promote environmental justice! The purpose of the Department of Homeland Security is not environmental justice! The job of Mayor Pete and the Department of Transportation is not environmental justice!

Of all the various agencies and departments of the federal government, I can guarantee you the reason 99% of them exist is NOT to promote environmental justice. But this is what we get with a woke liberal in the White House.
