79th Anniversary of D-Day

Today is the 79th anniversary of D-Day. It's the day we honor the unwavering bravery and selflessness of those American soldiers who stormed the beaches at Normandy to help secure the most important Allied victory in WWII.

Roughly 2,500 Americans would lay down their lives during that invasion, along with 3,000 wounded and more than 1,900 who were either captured or missing in action.

As we often say — but can never say enough — thank GOD for the American soldiers and the liberties they defend.
