UPenn's President Resigns

The University of Pennsylvania’s President, Liz Magill (pictured left), did the right thing and resigned over the weekend following her abhorrent, insane remarks before a House of Representatives hearing last week.

It’s just a drop in the bucket. Magill is one of countless people who need to be removed from leadership roles in academia. Harvard’s President, Claudine Gay (middle), is perhaps atop that list along with Sally Kornbluth (pictured right), the head of MIT.

Our nation’s colleges and universities have become a breeding ground for woke intolerance. Too many of these institutions are now run by people who have produced nothing of value in the real world. These are places where the height of professional aspiration is tenure, a concept which would NEVER FLY in the private sector.

How many conservative speakers have been canceled by colleges? How many times have we been told by academics that “words can be violence”? How many people have been investigated and disciplined for “misgendering” someone or for “microaggressions”? How many billions of dollars have these places spent on worthless “diversity, equity and inclusion” programs? How many HUNDREDS of outrageous reports have we heard from our colleges and universities over the recent years?

Yet when their Jewish students are literally threatened and harassed, these universities along with their Presidents and boards are too weak to say & do the right thing. And then have the gall to come before Congress and act oblivious to the conditions they’ve enabled and condoned.

If you’re a parent questioning the value of a traditional 4-year college education for your child, you’re not alone. Too many of these places are broken in the worst ways.
