I am hosting a community forum regarding the proposed Silfab Solar Manufacturing facility in Fort Mill, SC. 

The forum will take place on Tuesday, August 27th in the auditorium of Catawba Ridge High School located at 1180 Fort Mill Parkway, Fort Mill, SC from 6:00pm - 8:00pm. 

I understand this is an alarming issue for residents of Fort Mill and many of you have reached out to me personally to share your concerns. This forum is intended to be informative and I am looking forward to getting your questions answered by a panel of state agencies. You can submit your questions ahead of time by clicking here or in person during the Q+A portion of the forum.

My staff and I wish to effectively communicate with constituents during the event and ensure that all attendees have the ability to hear and understand the event.  As a result, signs, disruptive audio or video recordings, or other disruptive activities such as shouting, protesting, parading, or demonstrating, are not permitted.  Those who engage in these activities will be asked to leave the event and may be escorted out by law enforcement.
