House Budget FY25 Resolution Passes the House

Tonight, we will vote to pass the House Budget Resolution, unlocking the next step towards the reconciliation process.
American taxpayers are suffering to foot the bill of an outrageous $36 TRILLION of national debt due to Washington’s out-of-control spending. This has got to stop.
Finally, we have worked out a blueprint that instructs committees to identify INVESTMENTS to make America secure and SAVINGS to make America competitive. It will invest in border security and national defense.
I look forward to voting to SAVE money by rooting out waste, fraud, and abuse of taxpayers’ dollars. If not, Americans will suffer the largest tax increase in history.
