Well, we're exhausted from travel, but Elaine and I are thrilled to have finally arrived in Israel. We've been looking forward to this journey for a long time.

Shortly after landing, we joined a Jerusalem family for their traditional Sabbath evening dinner. It was an honor to be invited.

It's going to be a busy week ahead, filled with educational seminars, tours, briefings, and meetings. All while trying to absorb as much of the culture and history of Israel as possible. I'll try to post as often as I can, so stay tuned...!
