As I said on the House floor, both Dobbs and Medina reaffirm a central truth: the Constitution upholds the right of states to determine how federal dollars are used.

Today’s ruling in Medina v. Planned Parenthood builds on the promise of Dobbs—returning the power over abortion policy to the people and their elected state leaders. I will keep fighting to make sure taxpayer dollars are never used to fund abortion.
