A new framework for healthcare

I’m part of the Republican Study Committee (RSC) in Congress, which is a group of conservative House members that tries (among other things) to promote principled legislation.
Yesterday, the RSC released the first part of our new healthcare framework to address the litany of problems caused by Obamacare. I’m excited about this for a number of reasons, particularly the protections it would provide for those with pre-existing conditions.
