Elections are the bedrock of our government. And we cannot tolerate malfeasance at the polls. I stand with President Trump in his fight for this nation, and every American ought to demand full transparency and a fair count of lawful votes in this (and every) election, regardless of who you voted for.

Very simply, that means LEGAL votes MUST be counted. And illegitimate votes – including ballots cast after the voting deadline, ballots cast under the names of long-deceased voters, ballots that were harvested illegally, ballots that failed to meet that state’s requirements for validity, etc. – CANNOT be allowed to stand. Period.

And let’s be very clear about this: any attempts to prohibit party observers, a candidate’s campaign, or the media from lawfully monitoring vote counting activities should be met with IMMEDIATE intervention by that state’s attorney general and appropriate authorities. All the way up to the Supreme Court if necessary.

Things are rapidly evolving, but I urge you to stay informed. Election integrity is critical to our nation, and I’m standing alongside my Republican colleagues in Congress in the fight to make sure every legal vote is counted.
