Congressman Norman Welcomes 1,000 New Local Jobs

Washington, D.C. – Congressman Ralph Norman (SC-05) attended and gave remarks to welcome Samsung’s new manufacturing facility in Newberry County today at the grand opening. Congressman Norman has released the following statement: “More jobs continue to come to South Carolina! I am honored to have welcomed Samsung's new manufacturing facility in Newberry County at today's grand opening. “Over 540 South Carolinians have already been hired at the facility, and nearly 1,000 local jobs will be created by 2020. “Samsung’s significant investment in South Carolina symbolize hope and opportunity for all of us.”
