Most rental property owners aren’t large companies with millions in the bank. Instead, many are just everyday Americans who use their rental(s) to help make ends meet, provide for their families, or invest for retirement.

They've got insurance, upkeep, and in many cases a mortgage on their rental property. So how are they supposed to react when the government tells them they can't replace tenants for failure to pay rent?
