National Security

The men and women of the Armed Forces deserve all the support, honor, and recognition we can give them. I am fully committed to fight for our troops, both at home and abroad.

South Carolina is vital to the defense of our nation with eight military bases in the state, including Shaw Air Force Base in the 5th District. Without a strong national defense and the greatest military in the world, our country would not be where it is today. I will remain dedicated to ensuring that our troops are well-funded and have the necessary resources to complete their missions.

As Americans, we are forever indebted to those who serve our country and are willing to make the ultimate sacrifice to defend our way of life. I am honored to continuously support those who put their lives on the line to protect our great nation and day-to-day liberties.
