Democrat’s Effort To Pack the Supreme Court Are Now Officially Underway

As expected, Democrat’s effort to pack the Supreme Court are now officially underway. Stay alert, friends – you really need to pay attention to what's going on here.

Over 150 years ago, Congress set the number of Supreme Court justices to nine (9). Today, Democrats are upset that a majority of those justices are not liberals. So while they have control of Congress & White House, Democrats want to add more seats to the Court and fill those seats with left-leaning justices. Thus "packing" a liberal majority and canceling out the constitutional conservative justices.

To accomplish this, they have two irons in the fire…

First, multiple news outlets are now reporting Democrats in both the House and Senate will introduce legislation later today (Thursday) to increase the size of the Supreme Court from 9 to 13 justices. This goes without saying, but I promise I’ll do everything I can to oppose this effort. But unfortunately, Democrats have the majority in both the House and Senate, so we’ll have to see how it plays out legislatively.

Meanwhile, President Biden is trying to lend some faux creditability to the effort by introducing a “bipartisan commission” to study the merits of expanding the court. The media will dutifully portray this as highbrow and academic, but the real purpose of this handpicked commission will be to deliver findings that claim the Supreme Court should be expanded. It’s all but a foregone conclusion.

We’re certainly seeing a trend here with Democrat power grabs, aren't we? It’s evident in their efforts to create a tiny new state with the residential neighborhoods of D.C. so they can add two new liberals to the U.S. Senate. It’s evident in their immigration policies, with bills proposing amnesty and a pathway to citizenship for illegal immigrants, which will lead to millions of new Democrat voters.

And it’s evident here, with this outrageous effort to pack the Supreme Court with four new liberal justices.
