Just give us a call later, okay?

Check out this Wall Street Journal sentence in an article published Saturday:

“Migrant families continue to be released with instructions to check in with immigration authorities, rather than being given court dates, because border agents are too busy to issue the proper paperwork.”

That’s unreal.

Everyone knew there’d be a massive surge of illegal immigrants after President Biden intentionally stopped construction of the border wall, tried to end removals of thousands with active deportation orders, ended Trump’s “remain in Mexico” asylum policy, and reinstated Obama’s “catch & release into the USA” program.

But it’s gotten so bad now that our Border Patrol agents are essentially telling some detainees, “We’re too overwhelmed to process you and give you a court date, so just head on into the U.S. and give us a call later, okay?”

You can’t make this stuff up!

So what’s happening to the remaining illegal immigrants that they are able to process? Well, reporters on the ground in McAllen, Texas, for example, report that Border Patrol stations are "currently 585% over capacity" with mass releases currently underway. Most are being put on planes and busses and dispersed throughout the United States.

This is Biden’s border crisis.
