Thank goodness that didn't take long! Earlier this Saturday afternoon, the Fifth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals placed an emergency stay (i.e. hold) on Biden's unconstitutional vaccine mandate.
  

Stating the obvious, the Court cited “grave statutory and constitutional issues” with Biden's actions.

It's important to understand this is just a temporary block. There's a lot of litigation still to come -- on multiple fronts -- concerning this overreach by the President. Stay tuned...
