EARMARKS ARE EVIL. Here are some highlights of the worst-of-the-worst earmarks in Chuck Schumer’s +1,000 page spending rampage. And keep in mind, we will be borrowing the money to pay for these pet-projects…
1. $1.6 million for “artist living and working space” in New York. No offense to NY, but I think y'all have some more urgent matters to attend to.
2. $1 million to expand a LGBT… Read more »
Happy to be back in SC wrapping up another great week, this week in Union County! Today on Term Limits day, I want to reiterate why my Constitutional amendment to implement term limits is more crucial than ever.
Service in DC ought to be for a season, not a career. I believe you ought to serve for a reasonable period of time and then go home & live under the laws you made. #TermLimitsDay

This year, the amount of money we’ll pay on INTEREST ALONE to service our national debt will exceed what we’re spending to fund the entire U.S. military. That’s according to the Congressional Budget Office (CBO).
Let that sink in for a moment.
What we’ll spend this year to operate the U.S. Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, National Guard, Coast Guard, and Space Force… take all those… Read more »
It’s all a calculated game to Democrats. Leaks from the White House indicate Biden is now (finally) considering executive orders to help slow the massive number of illegal migrants flowing across our southern border.
This, after lying for weeks claiming he needed additional legislation from Congress to secure the border. (I covered this in a previous post.) That man doesn’t need… Read more »

In other words, a higher score means a member of Congress voted to spend… Read more »
Over the weekend, a drone attack from Iranian-backed militants killed three American troops and injured over 30 others. This attack was at a U.S. military outpost located in Jordan near the border of Syria. Most of you may not know this, but since early October, U.S. forces in Iraq, Syria, and Jordan have been attacked ~165 times.
This attack, however, is the deadliest for U.S. forces… Read more »
I’m heading back to D.C. this morning. Two quick notes about the utter chaos along our southern border.
First, you may have heard news about a so-called deal on immigration being ironed out in the Senate. According to CNN, “Under the proposed deal, the Department of Homeland Security would be granted new emergency authority to shut down the border if daily average migrants crossing… Read more »
