Update on Biden’s Unconstitutional Employer Vaccine Mandate

I'm pleased that implementation of President Biden's unconstitutional employer vaccine mandate has been formally SUSPENDED by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).
Remember earlier this month, the Fifth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals cited “grave statutory and constitutional issues” with Biden's actions when the Court issued its emergency stay on his mandate.
In light of that ruling, OSHA now says it "has suspended activities related to the implementation and enforcement of [Biden's mandate] pending future developments in the litigation."
Good.
It’s not the responsibility of a nanny-state government or overreaching President to force vaccinations on anyone. Nor is it the role of government to compel someone to choose between a vaccine they don’t want versus their livelihood or religious liberties.
